The Conflict Resolution Center: A Community Resource

Since 1986, CRC has helped thousands of clients – businesses, organizations and individuals – find satisfying solutions to difficult problems.  Whether you are experiencing conflict at home, in your neighborhood, or at work, CRC can help you find relief.  

We also provide two services in partnership with the County of Santa Cruz. Our Small Claims Mediation Program provides mediation of small claims lawsuits on site at the main courthouse. Our Victim-Offender Dialogue Program facilitates meetings between juvenile offenders and the victims of their crimes. Through dialogue and realistic restitution plans, this program seeks to repair both physical and emotional damage.
