CONFLICT MANAGEMENT TOOLS & SKILLS FOR THE WORKPLACE

This interactive workshop will enable employees to gain insight into the dynamics of conflict and develop skills to solve conflicts with associates on their own.

This Interactive workshop will enable your employees to hold highly productive meetings. Exercises will be designed to address real life meeting problems at your company. Participants will learn and practice techniques that can be put to use immediately.

DEALING WITH “DIFFICULT” PEOPLE AT WORK

This interactive workshop will enable employees to gain insight into what’s driving the behavior of an associate or client who is considered “difficult,” and learn new approaches for creating more satisfying and productive relationships. Participants are asked to come with real life examples that will be explored, as appropriate, in individual and interactive exercises.
