Our Services

CRC offers public workshops and on-site training, mediation, facilitation, and consultation to individuals, small businesses and non-profits throughout Santa Cruz County.

We also provide two services in partnership with the County of Santa Cruz. Our Small Claims Mediation Program provides mediation as an alternative to court hearings – both on site at the Santa Cruz courthouse and at locations and times convenient for you.

Our Victim-Offender Dialogue Program facilitates meetings between juvenile offenders and the victims of their crimes. Through dialogue and realistic restitution plans, this program seeks to repair both physical and emotional damage.
