CRC’s skilled and experienced mediators guide participants through each phase of the mediation process: identifying problems, perspectives, concerns, and reaching satisfying agreements.
Facilitation will help groups work together to accomplish priority tasks. This is useful for teams of employees, board members, or members of an organization wanting to increase collaboration and effectiveness.

Restorative justice at CRC is comprised of parent-teen mediation services as well as victim offender dialogue programs. Restorative Justice promotes offender accountability and responsibility, victim empowerment and satisfaction, and community collaboration and safety.
WORKSHOPS & TRAINING
